How to disable sub menus for Ackroo on the terminal?
- Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- Select Action -> Impersonate
- Select Admin->Point of Sale
- Select Menu Profiles
- Select New Menu Profile if you wish to create a new
- In the terminal page, click the ‘Action’ button for the terminal.
- Click ‘Edit’. You need to select your menu profile in the ‘Menu Profile’ in the ‘Edit POS App’ window.
- Press OK
- On the terminal, go to Third Party and select ‘Ackroo’ from the Menu.
- Go to the ‘Preferences >> Advanced >> Updates’ menu. The application will start connecting to the server. After a few minutes, the menus will be updated. If you disabled any sub menus in the menu profile, you would not see them in the application on the terminal.
How to disable menus for Ackroo on the terminal?

- go to Visit https://manage.ackroo.com/point-of-sale
- Click ‘Preferences’, then click ‘Menu Profiles’
- Create a new menu profile or customize one of the existing menu profiles. If you need to select those menus which you want to have on the terminal. Also, you you need to choose menus that you want to have on the terminal.
- In the terminal page, click the ‘Action’ button for the terminal.
- Click ‘Edit’. You need to select your menu profile in the ‘Menu Profile’ in the ‘Edit POS App’ window.
- Press OK
- On the terminal, go to Third Party and select ‘Ackroo’ from the Menu.
- Go to the ‘Preferences >> Advanced >> Updates’ menu. The application will start connecting to the server. After a few minutes, the menus will be updated. If you disabled any menus in the menu profile, you would not see them in the application on the Ingenico terminals, but you have them on the Verifone terminals and you do not have access to them and the application displays a warning message.
