How to suspend a clerk?
As an Admin:
- go to Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- you need to impersonate of your bushiness, click ‘Action’ then click ‘Impersonate’.
- go to visit https://manage.ackroo.com/point-of-sale
- Click ‘Preferences’, then click ‘Clerks’
- In the clerk page, click the ‘Action’ button for the clerk who will be suspended.
- Click ‘Suspend’
- On the terminal, go to Third Party and select ‘Ackroo’ from Menu.
- Go to the ‘Preferences >> Advanced >> Updates’ menu. The application will start connecting to the server. After a few minutes, the list of clerks will be updated on the terminal. If you enter the suspended clerk id on the terminal, you will see the “Invalid Clerk ID” message on the screen.
As a Merchant:
- go to Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- go to visit https://manage.ackroo.com/point-of-sale
- Click ‘Preferences’, then click ‘Clerks’
- In the clerk page, click the ‘Action’ button for the clerk who will be suspended.
- Click ‘Suspend’
- On the terminal, go to Third Party and select ‘Ackroo’ from Menu.
