Managing Your Subscription: A Step-by-Step Guide
Thank you for choosing our services and subscribing to Ackroo's Marketing Hub. We're committed to ensuring that you have a seamless and hassle-free experience managing your subscription. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through various aspects of your subscription.
**1. Accessing Your Account:**
- Navigate to your Marketing Hub via your Ackroo AA Program Console > Marketing > Marketing Hub. Upon your first login, log into your account using your registered email address and password (same credentials as your AA Management Console). If your cookies have been cleared recently, or you're on a new device you will be required to log in again.

**2. Viewing Your Subscription:**
- Once logged into your Marketing Hub, navigate to the "Account' Billing" or "Pricing Plans" section. Here, you'll find an overview of your current subscription plan, including features, pricing, and billing cycle.

**3. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan:**
- If you wish to upgrade your subscription plan, simply click on the "Upgrade Plan" or "Upgrade" button. A notification will be sent to your account representative to upgrade your account. Any adjustments to your billing will be reflected accordingly.
Downgrading your plan will need to be actioned through your account representative. Please email clientsuccess@ackroo.com if you wish to downgrade your account.
**4. Modifying Billing Information:**
- To update your billing information, please contact billing@ackroo.com or clientsuccess@ackroo.com.
**5. Adjusting Company Information Settings:**
- Depending on your subscription, you might have access to various settings and preferences. You are able to update your company's information that will be provided in your footer.

- Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting your client success representative clientsuccess@ackroo.com. Please note that cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined during this process.

- Your subscription plan involves auto-renewal, as such, you cannot adjust this feature in the subscription settings.
**8. Accessing Invoices and Billing History:**
- For a record of your payment history, invoices, and billing details, navigate to the "Billing" or section. Here, you can download or print invoices for your records. You can always contact your client success representative to provide you with anything billing-related. Please email clientsucceess@ackroo.com to obtain your records.
