Logging into Marketing Hub: A Quick Guide
Welcome to Marketing Hub! We're excited to have you on board. Logging into our communications software is a straightforward process, and this guide will walk you through the steps to access your account.
You will need to have an account created previously to attempt a sign in. If you don't already have a marketing hub subscription please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 1: Visit the Login Page
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to your Ackroo AA Program Console. Once logged in, navigate to Marketing > Markerting Hub in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
On the login page, you will see fields to enter your login credentials:
- Email: Type in the email address associated with your AA Program Console account.
- Password: Enter your secure password associated with your AA Program Console. Please ensure that your password is case-sensitive and meets the security requirements.
Step 3: Click "Continue"
Once you've entered your credentials, click the "Continue" button. If the information you provided is correct, you will be directed to your Marketing Hub Campaign dashboard.
- Forgot Password: If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll be guided through the process of resetting your password via email.
- Account Lockout: After a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. If this happens, follow the instructions provided on the screen to unlock your account.
- Browser Compatibility: Make sure you are using a supported web browser for the best experience. Ackroo is optimized for modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
