Campaign Name

A "Campaign Name" is a title you have given to your overall communication campaign. Please note that this is not the subject line of your communication. The name will typically contain the action, season, and intended audience you are trying to address.

For example, 

"Annual Holiday 20% loyalty bonus - 2023", or "Inactivity over 90 days - BC location".

Upon login in, you will see the list of campaigns with the names in your master campaign view. 

You can set up your campaign name during the "+ Create Campaign" action, or you can modify the campaign name by choosing the "settings" gear icon (on a previously drafted campaign). The default text "my campaign" is where you would type to enter your desired campaign name.
