Audience Filter: Card State

What:

A card "state" can be:

• Active
• Blocked
• Retired

Where:

The card state is visible on your customer's card profile:

When:

This filter is available for use at all times to build a campaign.

Why:

Active Cards:

You would choose this filter when you want to target active-only cards.  For example, if you were to create a campaign that targeted cards with a balance of $10 or less, you could filter out any cards with that balance that are blocked or retired.

How:

Step 1: Navigate to "audience" tab. Click > Choose filter for your audience.

Step 2: Choose "Card State" filter.

Step 3: Click> "+ ADD FILTER.

Step 4: Click > Choose and option.

Step 5: Click > desired card state.

Step 6: Click> Save or Save & Edit Creative at the bottom of your screen to continue.
