Audience Filter: All Registered Users

What:

There are two types of users:

• Registered
• Unregistered

A registered user relates to when a customer registers their profile information associated with a card. Until that action happens, the card is deemed unregistered.  

Where:

You can view a card's registration state in the Ackroo Anywhere (AA) console.  Navigate to the CARDS tab, and from there, you can filter cards by registration state.  The AA console will display the date a card was registered.

When:

This filter is available for use with any campaign style. 

Why:

You would want to use this filter when performing an action, such as funding a promo or unit.  This allows you to filter out cards that are not registered to offer something special to those who have chosen to engage with your program.

How:

Step 1: Navigate to Audience. Click > Choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "All Registered Users"

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER.

Step 4: Your filter will appear below the selection tabs as shown.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
