Audience Filter: Application Used

Who:

eGift Users
Virtual Terminal Users

What:

You have the option to segment your audience based on user types for the following components:

• eGift
• Virtual Terminal (VT)

You can view your customer's transaction types in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Console > Cards > Transactions.

Where:

If you select eGift, you will target customers who processed transactions using your eGift portal on your website.

If you select Virtual Terminal, you will target customers who have made transactions processed via your virtual terminal.

When:

This filter is available to those processing eGift or VT transactions.

Why:

Being able to select and target users by application is a great way to segment specific transaction types and create more personalized campaigns.  This filter type plays nicely into the goal of leading your customers on a journey that continually surprises and delights them, pursuing maximum brand touches. 

Examples:

eGift: You can target customers who purchased an eGift, or reloaded a card using your eGift portal and reward them with an additional promotion to continue experiencing your brand. 

VT:

How:

Step 1: Click> choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "Application Used"

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER

Step 4: Your filter selection will appear below the options.  Click > the dropdown arrow to select which application you want to segment by.

Step 4: Make your selection of the application used.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
