Audience Filter: Days Since Registration

What:

Registration refers to when your customer provides their personal information to you, and you associate those details with a card number.  

We have provided the following variables to define your segment:

• days before / after registration
• # of days 
• specific calendar date 

Where:

You can view when your customer registered their card in the Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console > Cards > View Details.

When:

This filter can be used with all Ackroo subscription types.

Why:

Being able to target specific users based on when they registered their card is a very handy tool when ccrafting the customer journey.  Here are some specific examples:

After:

You could target a customer 30 days after registering with a communication asking them to fill out a survey about their experience with your program so far.

Before:

How:

Step 1: Click > on the dropdown to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Choose "Days Since Registration" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to apply the filter.

Step 4: Choose the desired # of days to apply to the filter.

Step 5: Choose to set the number of days "before or after".

Step 6:  Choose a calendar date to apply if desired. 

Step7: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
