What:

We offer the ability to segment your communications to specific provinces.  At this time, you are capable of segmenting by a single province. Your options include:

• Alberta
• British Columbia
• Manitoba
• New Brunswick
• Newfoundland and Labrador
• Northwest Territories
• Nova Scotia
• Nunavut 
• Ontario
• Prince Edward Island
• Quebec
• Saskatchewan
• Yukon

Where:

You can view which province a carholder has registered by navigating to the CARDS tab in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Console > Action > View Details.

When:

Customers input their province during registration. Card and program registration can be completed via your mobile app, the White Label Portal (WLP), or by a clerk using the Virtual Terminal (VT).

Why:

Collecting provincial information can be very helpful when testing communications to different regions.  For example, you may want or need to send a different offer to your Quebec audience to satisfy government requirements.

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Choose the Province Name filter.

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Choose the desired province you would like to target.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
