Audience Filter: Preferred Location

What:
A preferred location is a choice made by your customer as to their "preferred location". Not to be confused with "favourite location" which is determined by the most transacted site. This filter will allow you to target customers with a specified "preferred location" to send them personalized communications that are perhaps specific to that site.
Where:
You can view your customers preferred location by navigating to the CARDS tab in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console > View Details.
When:
Clients can update this location at any time via their profile settings in your mobile app, White Label Portal (WLP) or using your Virtual Terminal.
Why:
This filter is very useful when creating campaigns that target specific locations. Campaigns might include notifications about changing hours or closures. It could help send target site-specific promotions to drive more traffic on specific skus.
How:
Step 1: Click > the drop-down menu to choose a filter for your audience.
Step 2: Select the "Preferred Location" filter.
Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue
Step 4: Select which preferred location preference you would like to segment by.
Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
