Audience Filter: Package Issued

What:

A package is a term used to describe a defined bundle of "units" that can be applied to a card simultaneously.  This filter allows you to segment your audience based on the packages in your program.

Where:

Packages and units are created in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console.  You can read more about these functions and how to create them HERE.

When:

All loyalty Ackroo merchants have access to create packages.  Please note: Units and packages are available program-wide using the Virtual Terminal (VT). Please enquire if you need assistance setting-up packages.  Contact clientsuccess@ackroo.com.

Why:

Having the option to filter by package issued is a great feature because it allows you to follow up in a personalized way based on a specific purchase.  You can use this filter to send a "thank you for your purchase" note, or as a tool to remind package purchasers to use them.  

How:

Step 1: Navigate to your audience section and click > the drop-down to choose a filter for your audience. 

Step 2: Select the "Package Issued" filter to continue. 

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue. 

Step 4: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a package issues option.

Step 5: Select a desired package from the drop-down list. Please note - you will have to create units and packages before this filter can be used.

Step 6: Click > Save or Save & Edit Content to continue.
