Audience Filter: Wallet Balance Equals

Who:

Loyalty Cardholders

What:

A wallet is what holds a designated Ackroo currency type.  Ackroo has several currencies:

• Gift card funds
• Loyalty Funds
• Units
• Promo Funds (considered part of the loyalty wallet)

This filter allows you to segment your communication based on the balance of your customer's wallets.  

Where:

You can see your customer's wallet balance by navigating to the CARDS tab in your Ackroo Anywhere Management Console.

When:

This information is available at all times and is updated instantly. 

Why:
There are a few ways to use this filter.  You could set the wallet balance to "0" to target all cardholders and fund a time-based special promotion to generate more business during slow times. 

You could set the balance to a higher denomination, like $100, and fund those customers a special promotion to try and get them in sooner to spend their wallet balance.  

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "Wallet Balance Equals".

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Enter a numerical value that you would like to segment your audience by.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
