Audience Filter: New Registration

Who:

All Ackroo Gift & Loyalty Program Merchants

Registered Card Holders

What:

This filter targets customers who have newly registered their gift or loyalty card.  

Where:

You can check the registration date of cards in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Program Console. Navigate to the CARDS tab.

When:

This filter is available to use immediately.

Why:

Targeting newly registered customers allows you to communicate in a more personal manner.  This transactional communication could offer new registrants a warm welcome, and perhaps a special offer for registering their card like a $5 promo to use in their first month.  The filter is meant to help facilitate more brand engagement touch points and get customers to take action early in their journey with your program.

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "New Registration".

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Your filter will appear below the selection box. 

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
