What:

A Batch Type refers to an Ackroo product card type:

• Mobile App
• eGift
• Blackhawk distribution
• Physical Cards

This filter allows you to select a batch type and card number range to segment your audience communications. 

Where:

This is a custom filter. If you are interested in using it to segment, please email product@ackroo.com.

When:

Using each batch type is dependent on your Ackroo program type.  

Why:

Segmenting your audience by batch type helps with efficiency when crafting communications.  For example, if you had a loyalty program with different card types (gold, silver, bronze), you could select one of those options to segment.  Alternately, you could segment your audience by batch # ranges.  Please email product@ackroo.com if you are interested in this customization.

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select the Batch Type filter.

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Enter your batch type.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
