Audience Filter: eGift Purchase Amount Range

This filter allows you to target a specific dollar-range transaction made by an eGift card purchaser. You determine what numerical range you'd like to segment your audience into. Customers who qualify between your ranges become your new audience.
You can view your customer's eGift transactions in the Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console. Navigate to the EGIFT tab > EGIFT ORDERS.
Only merchants who have set up their e-commerce payment gateway can use this filter.
This filter targets the purchasers of eGift cards with your business. This is important because you can run a retargeting campaign to this audience, knowing they are already a fan of your business. Example: A customer purchases a $50 gift card in November 2023. You can use this audience filter to identify customers who have spent a certain amount and retarget them in 2024 to see if you can increase their spending. Offering them a timed promo incentivizes them to spend more on their initial purchase as they receive more value for that action. You can trace over time the average eGift sale in your management console > dashboard > egift overview > trends.
Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow to choose a filter for your audience.
Step 2: Select "eGift Purchase Amount Range".
Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.
Step 4: Enter the numerical values you'd like to see the customers who qualify for your campaign.
Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
