Audience Filter: English Language Customer

Who:

All Ackroo Merchants

Registered English Language preferred customers

What:

This filter singles out customers who have chosen English as their preferred communication language. Selecting this will exclude all French-preferred language customers.

Where:

You can view your customer's language preferences in their profile. Navigate to your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console. Click CARDS > ACTION > VIEW DETAILS.

When:

All customers are defaulted to English as their preferred language unless otherwise stated. Customers can update their profiles at any time in the white label portal (WLP) or you can do this using the virtual terminal or AA console.

Why:

If you want to single out only English-language customers, this is the filter to do it. Perhaps your FR preferred customers reside in Quebec, and your campaign will need to change for that province.
