Audience Filter: Transaction Date Range

Registered Cardholders

What:

This filter allows you to enter a custom date range to filter your audience based on their transaction history. You can determine your audience based on:

• day
• month
• time

Where:

Your customer's transaction history is in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Console. Navigate to the CARDS tab > View Details, then scroll to the bottom to review a customers transaction history.

When:

This filter can be used on its own or in combination with other filters to define wallet types.

Why:

Being able to isolate your audience by the date they transacted (within a date range) is a great option to really narrow down and create campaigns based on a time frame.  For example, you could target customers in a specific week where you want to say thank you for their business and offer them a little something special like a promo.  You could target your audience in a specific month, like December, and send them a communication in July to incentivize your "Christmas in July" sale and give them a little bonus promo to spend during that time.  

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down menu to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "Transaction Date Range".

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue

Step 4: Enter the date and time you want to segment your audience's transactions by.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
