Audience Filter: Rewards Balance Greater Than

What:

This filter allows you to define a threshold of rewards of your choice, and then it looks for customers who have a rewards balance greater than the numerical value you provide in the setup to create your audience.  

Where: 

You can view your customer's rewards balances in your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console. Navigate to the CARDS tab, and there you will be able to see balances.

When:

You must have a Loyalty Program or use the Promo component to use this filter. 

Why:

Filtering your customers by their rewards balance opens the opportunity to keep your loyalty program fresh and get your top earners in to spend their points.  A loyalty program is most effective when people are transacting, so if a customer is earning and never "burning" their points, this is actually considered a "stale" program, and you should take action to mitigate this.  For example, you could target wallets with a rewards balance greater than $100 to incentivize them with a special offer of receiving a special something to come in and use their dollars sooner.

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down menu to choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select " Rewards Balance Greater Than".

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Your filter will appear below the selection box.Step 5: Click Save or Save & Edit creative to continue.
