Audience Filter: Customer Birthday Today

What:

This filter looks at the date your customer has registered as their birthdate and filters your audience to include only customers. 

Where:

Your customer enters their birthdate when registering their card. PLease note this is an optional field. You can make it required in your program settings if desired. They can do this using the VT, mobile app, or WLP.  You can view your customer's birthdate in their profile. Navigate to your Ackroo Anywhere (AA) Management Console > CARDS > View details.

When:

This filter can be used as part of an automated campaign to look for someone who meets your criteria on a given interval of time, or you could decide to use it for a one time campaign.

Why:

Targeting people on the day of their borthday makes them feel good.  You can gift them a tied promo to use within in their birthday month.  Get people excited to celebrate at your business by not forgetting about them!

How:

Step 1: Click > the drop-down arrow and choose a filter for your audience.

Step 2: Select "Customer Birthday Today".

Step 3: Click > + ADD FILTER to continue.

Step 4: Your filter will appear below the selection box.

Step 5: Click > Save or Save & Edit Creative to continue.
