HOW TO FUND A LOYALTY/REWARDS CARD
NOTE: The POS needs to be setup with the Conexxus module for Loyalty cards. Please contact Ackroo or Bulloch support if you do not have this setup or are unsure of where to locate this.
1. Open a new inside sale or select an active pump being purchased. Add/scan all items applicable for customer purchase:
2. Once all products are entered, swipe the rewards card.
(NOTE: If additional items are scanned/added to the order after the rewards card is already swiped, the card must be swiped AGAIN in order to apply loyalty earnings to additional items on the bill)
3. Upon swiping the rewards card, an error message will appear. Select UNDO to clear this message:
4. Collect payment tender as usual, by cash, debit or credit and close the bill.
HOW TO REDEEM A LOYALTY/REWARDS CARD
NOTE: The cardholder must have their rewards card registered online in order for rewards to be redeemable/available to spend.
1. Open a new inside sale or select an active pump being paid. Add/scan any additional items applicable for customer purchase:
2. Once all products are entered, swipe the rewards card.
3. If the rewards card has available rewards, a pop-up will display with the applicable amount available to redeem (Ex. $1.00 Rewards).
4. (Note: The default message to use rewards is set to 'NO' if the customer does not want to apply the rebate to their purchase.)
To decline using the rewards, leave the default option to NO.
To accept using the rewards, select the 'NO' option on screen and set to YES.
5. Select Cash Continue to proceed to payment and collect tender.
An error message will appear. Select UNDO to clear this message:
6. The rewards deduction will appear below all products displayed on the left of the screen. (Ex. "You used $1.00 reward")
7. Collect payment tender as usual, by cash, debit or credit and close the bill.
