In the program console, in the 'Cards' tab.
The 'Action' button offers a number of operations that can be applied to cards.
Those operations are organized in sections:
- State Change
- Gift Transactions
- Loyalty Transactions
These operations can be found by clicking the 'Action' button next to a card, or by clicking the 'Bulk Action' button above the card list, after applying a filter.
Some operations may or may not be available depending on the user's administrator account's access level.
Selecting an action will open a confirmation dialog that allows the user to configure the operation to be taken, enter an optional description, and launch the operation.
Once the operation has been successfully completed by Ackroo, an email containing a report is sent to the user.
