Activating a package and registering a card


    This guide will explain how to activate a package and register card from the Program Console.

    Activating a Package

    All cards will be in an unissued state before they are activated. Once activated, the card's state will change to issued. To activate a package onto an unissued card, start by selecting the Cards tab, then grab a non-activated card from inventory search for that card number. The card will then appear in the table below:


    Select ACTION to the right of that card, then in the Package Transactions menu, select Issue Package:



    A new screen will pop up allowing the selection of the appropriate package.

    The first step is to select the location where the package should be activated from. All dealerships within a single program will be visible from this menu. Then, select the appropriate package from the available drop-down selections. A description of the transaction can also be added in this menu. The last option is to Email an Action Export: select this if a copy of this action is required (it will be sent to email belonging to the administrator who is logged in).

    When finished, select APPLY PACKAGE to complete the transaction.


    Register Card

    From the Cards tab, select a non-activated card from inventory and insert the number in the Search field. This card will then appear in the table below. Select ACTION, then select Edit Profile :


    A new screen will pop up allowing to register a customer's information. Here are the available options:

    • Salutation (Mr., Ms., etc...)
    • Email address
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Birthdate (YYYY-MM-DD)
    • Phone number
    • Address
    • City
    • Province
    • Country
    • Postal Code

    Once this information has been added, select Save to complete registration.
