List of restrictions

Displays the list of restrictions set up in the system.



In the "Effective Dates" column, dates in red mark restrictions that have not been revised during the current year and are therefore to be verified. They were created in a past season and need to be revised by the administration. It's possible to change the previous year's dates to the current year's by clicking on the "Change dates in red to 201X" button. Click on it as long as you don't get the "No restrictions changed" message. Attention, this button will not work for restrictions that include a list of dates.



Cl: Restriction class

Course: Course(s) the restriction applies to.

Applies on days: M=Monday, T=Tuesday, W=Wednesday, T=Thursday, F=Friday, S=Saturday, S=Sunday, H=Holidays

Effective Times: Times when the restriction applies.

Acc By: Must be accompanied by: N=Non-Applicable, M=Adult member, P=Parent, S=Shareholder Member, A=Pro/Assistant

Sx: Applies to gender: * =all, F=Women only, M=Men only

Max Gue: Maximum number of guests per member.

Max Fam: Maximum number of games for members belonging to the same family or corporation.

Hrs Ava: Applies X hours/days before tee time

Wk: Applies every X week(s).

Auth Lev For Warn: Required authority level to bypass restriction.
