Occasionally, you may run into instances where you would like to reset the settings in your AckApp on your terminal back to the default settings,. This could be because you are moving the terminal to a new physical location and wish to activate it with a new PIN number, or for troubleshooting purposes. You can do this by:
- Go to Ackroo-> Preferences -> Advanced
- If prompted for a password, enter 112233
- Select Configuration-> Reset Defaults
Once completed, it will prompt you to activate the terminal with a PIN number. You can do so by going to http://pin.ackroo.com or by logging into the Ackroo Program console at http://manage.ackroo.com and selecting Activate My Terminal
