Minimum/Maximum Slope: (default 55/155)
Controls for managing percentage of scores posted section:
Calculate % of games entered according to last n teetimes: Number of games to be considered when calculating the percentage of scores entered. The possible values are 20, 25, 30 or No (all tee times for this year). Example with value 25: for the last 25 local tee times, 23 scores were entered, therefore the percentage of games entered is 92%. GGGolf recommends using the last 25 games. Please note that when you use 20, 25 or 30 games, when the total of games can't be found in the current season, the previous season's games will be used to calculate the percentage. Important: when you make a change to this option, new percentages will automatically be recalculated for all members overnight. You could also force percentages to be recalculated in Member Maintenance, under the Options menu using "Reinitialize the percentage of games entered" and "Recalculate percentage of games entered". Also note that you will need to quit GGGolf after modifying this option.
Display percentage of games entered above the calendar: Check if you would like the percentage of games entered to be displayed above the calendar in the member services.
Minimum percentage games entered: Indicates the minimum percentage of games entered accepted by the club. This minimum conditions the message displayed above the calendar, informing the member of their percentage of games entered. GGGolf recommends starting with a minimum of 80% and increasing it gradually each year. For example, the second year, it should be 85%, then 90% on the third year, and so on.
Display % games entered with handicap factor online: Indicates whether you want to display the percentage of games entered to the right of the handicap factor in the member services. Ex. 13.7 (84%)
Minimum authority level required to view % games entered: Indicates the authority level required to view other members' percentage of games entered in the peer review and member rankings sections. The value is 0 by default, meaning all members can view them. To allow, for example, only captains to view these percentages, enter 1 here and then, in your captains' member profiles, in the Misc tab, select "Captain" in the Internet service class dropdown list.
Emails reminders controls for unposted scores section:

Email list (women) for sending the summary of mailing: Emails (separated by commas) to which the system will send a report listing the women who haven't entered their scores.
Date/Time of last handicap email mailing: Indicates the last handicap mailing's date and time. This value is automatically recorded when emails are sent.
Allow members to exclude/include in hnd email reminders: Indicates whether members can remove themselves from the mailing list for unposted scores. GGGolf recommends excluding members who don't enter scores or don't participate in the club's competitions (in their member profile's Misc. tab).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Many options in this section are hidden and reserved for GGGolf.
- This section will only be available for you in GGGolf if your club has the handicap module.
- "Month/day" indicates that the system doesn't take the year into account when performing validations. Therefore, for an end date of 10/31/2015, if we are in 2016, then the date used is 10/31/2016. This means that it is not mandatory to change these Month/Day dates each year.
