Here's an example of the Tee Time Detail screen:
Hole: Indicates the starting hole. The checkbox on the right indicates the letter attributed to the tee time for shotguns. It is possible to change the starting hole and/letter. For clubs that have the SMS-Email module, please note that no automatic emails are sent out when you change the starting hole. : Indicates the course (for clubs with more than one course). It is possible to change the course here, but GGGolf recommends instead that you drag and drop the group to the other course in the tee sheet.
Close: Closes the Tee Time Detail screen and returns to the tee sheet.
Scheduled Tee: Tee time.
Front Start Time: Actual time when the group teed off. When not entered, GGGolf uses the scheduled time to calculate the playing time.
Back Start Time: Actual start time for the back 9 (for clubs tracking playing time after 9 holes).
Group: Indicates whether the reservation is part of a reservation group. The group field can also be a small note that is limited to 16 characters.
Front Finish Time: Indicates at what time the front 9 was completed (for clubs tracking playing time after 9 holes).
Back Finish Time: Indicates at what time the game ended. Playing time can be tracked by the starter or one of the players can set the playing time for the foursome by entering their member Id at the handicap kiosk. When the member enters their member Id, playing time is automatically entered for the whole foursome and the playing time is displayed with a warning should it exceed the allotted time.
Captain: Indicates the member responsible for the reservation.
Lock: Value "Locked tee time" corresponds to the "Lock" in the tee sheet.
Value "Reserved for member" indicates that the tee time is only available to the tee time's captain.
Cross-Over Series: Indicates the tee time's cross-over series when applicable.
0 = no cross-over.
1, 2 or 3 = indicates the cross-over series (ex. 1= morning cross-over, 2= noon cross-over, 3= late afternoon cross-over)
When you generate additional tee times, it's important to correctly adjust the cross-over series number.
Comment: Displays any comment entered when the reservation was booked either online or in the tee sheet.
Carts: Indicates whether carts had been reserved when the ballot or tee time was created (reserving carts in advance is only allowed in certain clubs).
Event: Indicates the name of the event (tournament) which will be printed on scorecards. You can manually enter an event like "Match Play", for example. When the tee sheet has been blocked for the event in the tournament module, the name of the event appears automatically.
Special Restriction: Special restrictions can be applied to specific tee times. It is not possible to create these types of restrictions in Options / Restrictions. Some clubs have guest restrictions that apply every 2 tee times or "Walk-on only" tee times. Other examples are "Ladies League", "Men's Night". It is possible to assign these special restrictions in the advanced tee time generation templates so that they are inserted in the tee times automatically during the advanced tee time generation, with the group field being populated automatically with the description and, optionally, a color code. Special restriction codes can be set up in code table 181 and can be configured to show the group text online in the first empty player available in the tee sheet. Please note that values W=Walk-on and G=No Guests Allowed apply those rules explicitly for online bookings. Do not re-use these codes for other purposes. All other codes work well with locks on the tee times if the goal is to prevent members from booking those tee times online while showing them why they cannot be booked (ex. Ladies League).
Under the GGGolf tab

These values can be personalized in code table 14 - carts and the codes can have up to 3 characters. For clubs using the GGGolf POS system, these values can be assigned in the cart rental button configurations and the tee time player is updated automatically with this information. GGGolf recommends using 3 digit codes for clarity ex. F18 - Full cart 18 hotes, H18 - Half cart 18 holes.

0 = not penalized
1 = penalized.
View handicaps: Allows displaying the handicap of the players in the selected foursome. For clubs that do not have the "Score Card" module, this function is particularly useful when the players of a foursome request their handicap information from the different tees before teeing off.
View reservations: Allows viewing the reservation period(s) requested for the lottery for the players in the foursome compared to the actual time they obtained. The "PEN" column indicates for each player if they were penalized (1=yes, 0=no) in the lottery.
Under the Score Card tab (offered as an additional option):
GGGolf offers a unique score card printing function that prints on the club's own score cards or card stock, information like the event name, the player's names, handicap, starting hole (when different from #1), tee time, strokes (points per handicap hole) according to the player's handicap and method for dotting the score cards.
The necessary steps to printing a score card differ depending on whether the club prints on both sides or not. Here's the score card printing sub-screen:
Players' names will be displayed along with their usual tees depending on the default method for obtaining default tees. However, it's possible to change the tees by clicking in the "Tee" column. For an event with defined tees, for which the teams have been dragged to the tee sheet, those tournament tees should appear automatically.
The handicap and index will be displayed according to the tee. The percentage used to calculate the handicap is also indicated. In the example above, it's 100%.
First/Last Name Format: To choose the name format to be printed on the score card. The default value can be set up in "Options/Options/Print Score Cards".
Hnd%: Percentage to use to calculate the handicap.
Handicap Dot Method: Allows dotting the score card based regular handicap, differential (between 2 twosomes applied on the highest player or on low handicap.
Method for obtaining default tees: Method used to calculate default tees (tees most used in last 3 or 20 scores posted, default handicap class, or as defined in the tournament).
Apply rating's rule difference: When checked, indicates that the rating difference rule (Rule 3-5 in the Golf Canada Handicap Manual) is to be applied. Different tees usually have different ratings. Because a course rating reflects the probable score of a scratch golfer, the higher-rated course is more difficult, and the player playing from the set of tees with the higher course rating receives one or more additional stroke(s) equal to the difference between each course rating, with 0.5 or more rounded upward. The additional stroke(s) is/are added to the course handicap of the player playing from the higher-rated set of tees.
Example 1: If men playing from the middle tees where the men's course rating is 70.3 compete against men playing from the back tees where the men's course rating is 72.6, the men playing from the back tees will add two strokes (72.6 - 70.3 = 2.3 rounded to 2) to course handicap.
Printing the score card(s):
Once all the information is validated, just click on the "Print Score Card" button. To preview the score card, first, check-off "Preview score card" and then click on print. If the club uses double-sided score card with the front and back 9's not on the same side, then a second operation will be necessary to print the back 9's dots (after printing the first side, you need flip the card into the printer and click on the "Print back 9" button). GGGolf recommends designing scores cards with both nines on the same side.
Score card information can be printed on the club's regular score cards or on card stock (white, twice as thick paper). GGGolf programs the club's score cards.
