Each tournament round's specific information has to be completed, namely the different dates, courses, formula, generation type and tee time schedule. Several options are available to control how results are displayed online.
For tournaments with only one round, you still have to create the round along with all its information.
Players entered: To quickly view the number of players signed up for the tournament.
Generate rounds: To create tournament rounds according to the number of rounds defined in the tournament details and the number of days between each round, requested in a pop-up.
Display Tee Sheet: To display the tee sheet on the right. The tee sheet's date depends on the round selected in the table.
Display only tournament tee times: To display in the lower right corner of the screen, titled "Tee times for the selected date", the tee sheet for the whole day or only the tee times blocked for the tournament's purposes.
Hide Tee Sheet: To hide the tee times portion of the screen and thereby access the options below.
Here's an example of that screen:
This screen is where you complete all the information about your tournament's rounds, including score types and number of rounds. This is also where you'll indicate that the round has been completed and the results are ready to be displayed online (after they've been entered, see below).
Date of Round: To enter the date of each round with all relevant details, such as the round's number, course, tournament format, generation type, time of first and last tee times and number of tee times. This is also where you'll enter results for each score type, the round status and options for online display.
Tee Times... First/Last: To block tee times for the tournament round, you must enter the first tee time and either the last tee time or the number of tee times.
Nb Tee Times: Number of tee times for this round, ex. 36 for a shotgun.
Players/Tee Times: Indicates the number of players per tee time.
Tournament format: Tournament format, usually defined in the Tournament Details tab (Chapman, Vegas, Match Play, etc.). Formats can be added or modified in value table 11.
Internet Display Options > Display: Once all players have been entered for a round, at the results stage, check "Display" to make the results available online.
Exclude Calendar: Check this box so the tournament doesn't appear as an event in the Internet services' calendar.
By clicking on the mouse's right button when the cursor is positioned in the table, you'll access the following menu:
Simple tee time generation for selected date: To access the tee time generation screen and generate the desired tee times (see this section).
Advanced tee time generation for selected date: To access the advanced tee time generation screen and generate the desired tee times (see this section).
Block tee times for round: This function allows you to block the tournament's tee times in the tee sheet for the day of the round you selected on the left. The tee sheet needs to have been generated beforehand and the tee times' start and end or the number of tee times for the selected round must be defined. If this information is not completed, the following error message will be displayed:
To rectify this, just enter the number of tee times for the round or the tournament's start and end times in their respective columns, as in the following example:
When the tee sheet associated to the round is displayed, it's possible to click directly in the tee sheet with the mouse's right button. The following choices then become available:
Unblock selected tee time for tournament: To unblock the selected tee time.
Unblock all tee times for selected tournament round (on the left): To unblock all tee times previously blocked for the round selected in the left table.
Block selected tee time: To unblock a tee time previously blocked for the round selected in the left table.
Notes for selected date: To enter a comment relating to a tournament round. The information in this field can only be accessed by system users and cannot be viewed by members.
