To quickly view tournaments entered in the system (all tournaments, member tournaments or external tournaments).
For tournaments with many rounds and handicap classes, if dates of rounds differ according to handicap class, you must create several tournaments, that is, one per group of classes with the same round dates.
Here's an example of the Tournament List sub-screen:
You can copy the tournament list's data to clipboard to open it in Excel by clicking on the mouse's right button.
Add: To add a new tournament.
Modify: To modify the tournament that's selected in the table.
Choice of year: To display tournaments for all years, the current year or the following year. By default, only tournaments for the current year are displayed.
Tournament type: To view the tournament list for all tournaments or only for member or external tournaments.
Event category: To filter according to the event type, ladies' activities or exterior tournaments for example. The list of event types can be set up in value table 59- Event categories.
Display only non-completed tournaments: By default, the system only displays non-completed tournaments during the ongoing season. This allows for current and coming tournaments only to be displayed. To mark a tournament as completed, check the "Completed" box in the tournament detail.
Tournament Name: Identifies the tournament's name, according to the user's language.
M/E: Identifies whether this is a member tournament (M) or an external tournament (E).
Tournament Date: Indicates the tournament's start date.
Comp.: Indicates whether the tournament has been completed.
Number Rounds: Indicates the number of rounds in this tournament.
Internet Sign-Up: Indicates that online/touch screen sign-ups are accepted.
Sign-up Start Date: Indicates the sign-up start date.
Sign-up End Date: Indicates the sign-up end date.
Group: Indicates the tournament's group name. This name appears in the tee sheet the day of the tournament next to tee times reserved for it, in the Group column. Allows the starter to quickly identify tournament foursomes.
Max. Players: Indicates the maximum number of sign-ups accepted for the tournament.
Players Signed: Indicates the number of players signed up for the tournament.
Wait List: Indicates the number of players signed up on the wait list.
Tournament format: Indicates the tournament's format (Vegas, Chapman, Match Play, etc.). Choices can be set up in value table 11- Tournament formats.
Players Per Team: Indicates the number of players making up a team.
Reserv Period: When you wish to offer members a time range when signing up for the tournament, indicate which periods will be offered according to pre-established reservation periods. When no reservation code is established, no choice will be offered to members.
Nb meals: Number of meals reserved amongst signed up players.
Tour. Id: Tournament's internal Id.
Billing Group #: Tournament's autobill billing group.
