Tiered loyalty where customers enjoy different loyalty program percentage returns based on their tier. Unlike traditional loyalty programs, tiered loyalty programs rank members into certain groups based on their spending habits.
To set up tiered loyalty the first step is setting up your base campaign. This is the minimum percentage that your customers will earn.
This can be found in the campaigns tab. Once you have opened this on the left corner you will see base campaigns which will display your current percentage.
Once your base has been set up its time to create your tiers. In this same drop down you will see the option for Tier-Based. Once selected you can select the Add Tier option. From this you can configure you tiers by naming the tier (example Gold, Platinum, Diamond...) as well as adjust the spend threshold required to hit these tiers and the multiplier for them.
Customer spend is the amount spent in a calendar year Jan 1st – Dec 31st. Example, For a $1,000 threshold a customer spends at $1,000 over the course of calendar year to achieve the status tier. Their achieved Tier then automatically rolls over to the next year. If in the new year they do not spend the same amount they will be demoted to the next subsequent year.
Once configured select save and your loyalty is now set up and good to go. You can remove tiers at any time by selecting the garbage icon next to the tier you would like to remove.
