Cannot Create New Ackroo Application

When creating a new Ackroo Application from the developer portal the loading icon spins endlessly. In the console you can see a javascript error.

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 422"

  Hi Jared,

  Thanks you for bringing this to our attention.

  Those app entries are only useful to leverage during the creation of a new integration as we would be the ones creating the final production app entry when the integration is approved.

  Could you tell me why you need multiple sandbox apps so we can better prioritize this issue?

  Hi Vincent,

  I don't need two sandbox apps. My client had given me access to their developer account which had a sandbox created it in. I was just trying to create my own account with my email address in case there were any email notifications generated during my development process. Since I needed to inquire about another issue I figured I would bring this to your attention.

  Speaking of the final production app entry, what is the process for creating a live app and how do I start the approval process? In the developers portal it says to contact sales@ackroo.com because I am only authorized to create sandboxed applications. I contacted sales to inquire what was involved in the process and after being bounced around through a few people I was told to post here.

  Hello Jared

   

  We have approved your developer account now that your merchant is identified, please create a new application and make sure you uncheck the Sandbox flag so its a Release/Production app. Then send us this application name and we will issue a product access token for you for this merchant.

  what are you entering as redirect URI? please keep the default URN in there as your application wouldnt need a redirect for the oauth flow but would get an access token from us

  I tried leaving the default redirect URI in there but that just refreshes the page without creating an application.

  I tried creating a new release application again and was able to get one created successfully. Would you like me to send the application name to you here or by email to get an access token?

  Hello

   

  We see the application EXB Gift Cards created in your account so we have went ahead and authorized it for the Exchange Brewery account. We are waiting for Ackroo Sales rep to discuss billing with this merchant for this online integration monthly charge so we will send you a link for the device id and access token once the merchant approves of the monthly charge (will share a link to get the access token online)
