Having issues hitting the test server

Is the staging environment still allowing TLS1.0 and 1.1?

  The sandbox environment has moved to  https://manage.sandbox.ackroolabs.com and https://api.sandbox.ackroolabs.com respectively.

   

  Both the sandbox and production supports TLS1.0, TLS1.1 and TLS1.2, but we recommend only using TLS1.2 since older protocols will eventually be deprecated as time goes.
